Affection

Affection, also known as Affinity, represents the bond between the Commander and a Bioroid, starting at 0 and can go up to 100 initially. It is shown at the heart icon in Unit Details.

It can be earned by being set as the secretary, tapping on the Bioroid in the Base (once per day), clearing waves while the Bioroid is in the active squad, or by giving Affection Gifts and Skins. Affection may decrease if the Bioroid is defeated in battle.

Bioroids have different rate at which they gain/lose affection from battles. Bioroids also have different affection multipliers from gifts and different affection multipliers from secretary action. The player may choose a bioroid unit as their secretary (See UI Guide) who will then passively gain affection daily, ticking at 0900 hours KST. Only the main (the first) copy of the bioroid will gain affection from Secretary action. The main copy may change if the player retire the first copy of the bioroid unit they got.

As a Bioroid's affection increases, new dialogues are unlocked, replacing older ones. Affection is also required to unlock Sub Story and Advancement (a.k.a Promotion a.k.a Rank-up) for units that have them.

Together with the 2.0 Update, the affection cap was increased to 200. To unlock the new cap, Commanders must use Bouquet of Promise (10 Affection cap each), after which you can increase Affection normally as before.

After a Bioroid has reached 200 Affection, a special Buff/Debuff Lv+1 bonus similar to Core Linking will be unlocked.


Pledge System[]

You can Pledge/Marry a Bioroid using a Ring that can be bought from the shop.

  • When the Affection with an unit is 100 or higher, the Pledge Ring option will appear.
  • If you press the button, related information will appear on the left.
    • Effect of Pledge.
    • Number of available Rings.
    • If the number of Rings is sufficient, tap Pledge to go to the Pledge Scene.

  • The Effects of Pledge is as follow:
    • Unit's Nickname can be set.
    • The Affection is fixed to 200 and will not go any lower.
    • Special Lobby / Combat Dialogues will be unlocked.
    • Lobby / Combat Dialogues can be changed to any Affection level.

  • After an unit is given a Pledge Ring, the Pledge Scene will be played.

  • After the Pledge Scene, the unit's Nickname can be set (First Change can be made without cost).

  • Change to Unit Details after the Pledge.
    • An Icon to mark that the Pledge has been made.
    • A button to change Nickname will be added (Require Nickname Change Ticket).
    • Tap the Pledge button to see the bonus.
    • Tap the Ring button to review the Pledge Scene.

  • Pledged Units will have an additional Ring Icon in Unit List.
